Our honorees include former chairman of the Chatham County Commission Al Scott (2012–2020), former State Representative Jesse Blackshear (1969–1983), and three legendary Savannah mayors: Otis Johnson (2004–2012), Edna Jackson (2012–2016), and Van R. Johnson (2020–present).
